There are so many things for a teacher to consider when planning and delivering a practical lesson in Science, that sometimes the most important question of "what are the students learning by doing this?" is missed. This session offers practical advice on how to make sure lessons are effective and lead to learning, moving beyond a narrow focus on activity completion.
